1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange for another product of equal value. To be eligible for a return or exchange under this guarantee, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (for example, shipping the wrong product).

2.Limited Warranty for Manufacturing Defects: In addition to our satisfaction guarantee, all of our products are covered by a 90-day or 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that result from a faulty manufacturing process and that become apparent during the warranty period specified for each product category (see section 3). This warranty does not cover:Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.Normal wear and tear of the product.Problems or damage resulting from improper maintenance.In the event that a product has a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, Virtuos Nova agrees to repair it, replace it with an identical or similar product (subject to availability), or offer a partial or full refund, at our discretion.

3.Specifications by Product Category (Example):Clothing and Accessories: 30-day limited warranty against defects in sewing or materials.Electronics: 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects in the main electronic components.Handmade Products: 6-month repair warranty for manufacturing defects in the joining of materials or the structure of the product.
